Theresa Smith

I have more than 14 years of communications, design and development experience and love to make my clients’ visions come to life.

On the fitness side, I am a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, CrossFit Defense Trainer, and hold a SPEAR: Personal Defense Readiness certification. I am a StoryBrand Certified Guide, have a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies and hold a certificate in graphic and web design from Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts.

I can bring your vision to life so you can go about running your business and doing what you do best. I work in the Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Drupal and enjoy helping organizations and businesses find the best solutions for their technical and communication needs.

Because of my experience as a former CrossFit gym owner and my technical and design background, I have found a new specialty in helping other gym owners put their best foot forward in their online presence. This is my passion and I can’t wait to help!

BreAnna McLean

Web Assistant/Project Coordinator

Prior to joining the For Time Design team, I was a small business owner for six years. I am so excited to work with the fitness community in my role as project coordinator.

I’ll be your main point of contact throughout your site build and keep you up-to-date on everything related to your new website. My primary job is to take care of you and keep our team on task so that we put out the best possible product for you. Once your site is built, I keep track of website updates, assign them to our team, and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

I am the mother of three children, an avid CrossFitter married to a CrossFit coach, and I love giving back to this community!

Heather Jensen

Developer/ Designer

I have been designing websites for four years, but finished my degree from Brigham Young University- Idaho in Web Design and Development in early 2017. I love what I do. I think it is the perfect balance of analytical and creative thinking. I enjoy being able to think my way out of problems and the puzzle that is web design. I feel it is important to continue to hone your craft and stretch your knowledge.

When I am not creating websites and learning more, I am usually experimenting in the kitchen. My family is pretty used to me experimenting with new recipes and have learned to welcome them. My other love is for the outdoors. Whether it be camping, boating, or hiking.

My motto in life is “Work Hard. Play Hard.”
